Roger started his professional career in Cleveland and Philadelphia, where he served as Property Assistant, Producer and executive producer for KYW-TV. He also produced a talk-variety show, The Mike Douglas Show. Additionally, he was also credit for guiding George H.W. Bush to victory in the Republican primaries. Later, Ailes wrote a book along with Job Kraushar named as, “You are the Message: Secrets of the Master Communicators”. Furthermore, Robert also became the founder and chief executive officer of Fox News, Chairman of the Fox TV stations.
Moving towards his personal life, Roger Ailes is married thrice. He in recently is married to his third wife, Elizabeth Tilson, a former television executive. The couple has one son together. Information regarding his previous married has not been revealed.
Moreover, Ailes had numerous sexual abuse cases against him. He had offered several things on the conditions that they slept with him. He had offered Gabriel Sherman, Megyn Kelly, Gretchen Carlson, Andrea Tantaros etc. Because of many cases of sexual harassment allegations against him, Roger Ailes had to resign as the CEO and Chairman of Fox News on July 21 under an exit agreement that granted him $40 million.
