A-Track was born as Alain Macklovitch on 30 March 1982, to a Canadian parent Lison Benmouyal Macklovitch. He was born and raised in Montréal, Quebec, Canada, along with his brother David Macklovitch.

1997

Won the DMC World DJ Championship at the age of 15

A-Track won the DMC World DJ Championship at the age of 15, which made him the youngest and first Canadian winner of the competition. It was the breakthrough for his career forward.

2004

Hired as personal tour Dj by Kanye West

A-Track was born as Alain Macklovitch on 30 March 1982, to a Canadian father Lison Benmouyal Macklovitch. He was born and raised in Montréal, Quebec, Canada, along with his brother David Macklovitch. Talking about his nationality, he is a Canadian and belongs to Caucasian ethnicity. He won the DMC World DJ Championship at the age of 15, which made him the youngest and first Canadian winner of the competition. 

In 2004, A-Track was booked to play a show at a tiny record shop in London. He played there for Kanye West and John Legend. Few months after the show, he was hired as a personal tour DJ by the hip-hop star Kanye West. He has also played at MTV specials, the Grammy Awards, multiple MTV Video Music Awards, and worldwide stadium shows.

A-Track further played along with musicians like Juicy-J, Travis Barker, Skrillex, Kimbra, and  A$AP. He was featured with Ookay on the 2016 Fool's Gold Records compilation album Fool's Gold Presents: Night Shift, for his song "Only One". 

Talking about his relationship and affairs, the 30-year-old musician has maintained his personal life quite low and is probably single at the moment. A-Trak was once rumored to be dating an American rapper Kid Sister.
