Sir Alex Ferguson began his professional career as a footballer at the age of 16, from Queen park, where he began playing as a striker. His first match was against Stranraer, played for the club, Queen parks; his team defeated by Stranraer with 2-1.
His team's loose with the wide range of goals, which was the game against, Queen's park was the Queen of the South; they beat his team by 7-1. He scored a single goal in that match.
Then Alex started managerial responsibilities, and he became the manager of East Stirlingshire at the age of 32. He worked hard for this team, brought strict discipline, and prepared the base for the next game.
Further, he was selected as the manager of St. Mirren, where he gave break to many young talents. Besides, he moved to Aberdeen in June in 1978, where he became the most successful manager of all the time.
