Although this is the first marriage of Alex, Malia has been married and divorced twice in the past making her wedding with Alex her third. But seems, the past affairs are not affecting their relationship anyway.

Malia Jones was married to her first husband surfer Conan Hayes in 1999 but divorced quietly. Then in 2007, she got married to her second husband Australian professional surfer Luke Stedman, however, it ended up after the birth of their son Spike in 2009.
