However, following Vlasova's defection from the US by USSR, Alexander had conflicts with her choice to live in the US as she felt she was too Russian to live in the US.

The conflicts in the couple's choice to settle down in different parts of the world apparently created conflicts in their relationship. They divorced in 1982.

While living in the U.S, Alexander Godunov began a romantic relationship with English actress Jacqueline Bisset in 1981. He had an affair with her while he was still in a marital relationship with his wife, Lyudmila Vlasova.

Alexander Godunov's Net Worth

Alexander Godunov was a fabulous dancer and actor. As he worked as the main dancer in Russia and America, he must have a net worth in million. But the exact amount is unavailable.

The average ballet dancer's salary is estimated to be around $15,080 to $26,419. Likewise, a midlevel dancer earns $50,000-$58,000 a year. We can assume he earned more than this amount as he worked as the lead dancer.

As an actor, his first three movies in Hollywood earned well at the box office; Die Hard made $140.8 million at the box office despite a budget of $28 million.
