50-year-old actor and comedian Will Ferrell is currently married to his wife Viveca Paulina, a Swedish actress and auctioneer. The pair tied the knot back in 2000, and it has been 18- years since then.

Even though he dated other women, he still spoke to his future wife on the phone, and when he got caught, he never thought she would come back. He shared these intimate details while he appeared on Ellen Degeneres' show.

Their love story proves that there is a thing called destiny because, despite all the events, Viveca shared that she still liked him and Ferrell quoted that he wanted to marry her. They sealed the deal with a kiss and have been together ever since. 

After five years of dating, Ferrell finally popped the question to her, and they officially got engaged in early 2000. Just seven months later, they tied the knot on 12th August 2000. 

There are no details about their wedding ceremony available, but we are sure that their wedding was grand and star-studded.

At present, 18 years later, the couple is still together and has a healthy relationship like never. It is quite unusual to see a couple be married for so long in Hollywood without any divorce rumors or scandals.

Likewise, two years after the birth of their first child, the pair had their second child, a son named Matthias Ferrell. He was born on 30th December 2006 and is 11-years-old as in 2018. 

Their youngest son Axel was born in an exciting moment. Before going into labor, Viveca was performing a cover of Free Bird by Lynyrd Skynyrd at the last episode of Conan O'Brien's show.
