The 45-year-old, who graduated from culinary school in 1989has also appeared on The Martha Stewart Show on 16th October 2009 and also was a participant in the second season of The Next Iron Chef. 

Amanda currently hosts the TV show Dinar Revival alongside Ty Pennington, which airs on The Food Network. Moreover, the celebrity chef, who has a huge sweet tooth and a passion for cooking has worked as numerous restaurants like Empire Diner located in NYC, Manhattan.

Previously, Amanda was over-weight, so, she took help with fitness magazine to live a healthier lifestyle. During an interview with the magazine, the chef shared that she was destined to be chubby because her mother loved feeding her and she loved food.
