Cinnamon Linda Stouffer, popularly known as Linda Stouffer, is an American television news correspondent born in San Marcos, Texas. The graduate in communication from the University of the Incarnate Word in San Antonio, Texas is the news-anchor on WSB-TV 2, Atlanta at present.

The former CNN-news anchor is married to CBS News Transportation correspondent Mark Strassmann. Linda got married to her husband Mark Strassmann in 1995. The couple has two children together; a daughter and a son.

The two lovebirds had their first encounter in a satellite truck which their individual stations were sharing to cover the news of Branch Davidian standoff in Waco, Texas. Linda found an instant connection with now-husband Mark and turned their love affair into marriage in 1995 at San Antonio.

At the wedding, the beautiful bride looked stunning in her couture gown and the groom was dressed handsomely in the all-white tuxedo embellished with a red rose.

The happy couple is blessed with two children. The older daughter is in college while the younger son named Wyatt Russell Strassman is just 14-years-old. He was born on May 12, 2003.

Despite their busy schedule the loving mother and father love spending time with their children. The whole family loves going on a hike together and enjoy outdoors.

It has been decades that Linda has been married to husband Mark and yet, they haven't shown any hints of separation or probabilities of divorce. 

Early life and Career of Linda Stouffer

From her college days, Linda was involved in journalism. In 1992, she used to work as a general assignment reporter for KMOL-TV in San Antonio and later on as anchor after getting a promotion. Then in 1994, she joined WSVN-TV and in 1997 with CNN.

At CNN, Linda used to present news program titled Ahead of the Curve with a co-anchor and later anchored for CNN Headline News which aired on weekends. Linda left her job at CNN on December 14, 2008.

After working for 11 years on CNN, Linda joined the local news on WSB-TV Atlanta. She presented the 6 pm news on Sundays and 5 and 6 pm news during the week. Since January 17, 2013, she has been co-anchoring on the 4:30 am news.

The Emmy Award-winning anchor is enlisted as No. 9 on the "TV's Sexiest News Anchors" created by Maxim.
