In 2008, she was arrested at Republican National Convention while reporting on an antiwar protest outside RNC. Later in 2009, she was detained at Douglas Border Crossing into Canada for 1.5 hours. Again in 2012 September, there was an arrest warrant for covering the Dakota Access pipeline protests and faces Riot charges and got dismissed on Oct. 17, 2016.
