Andrea Pirlo is an Italian professional football player who currently plays for an American Club, New York City, and Italy national team. He was born on May 19, 1979, in Flero, Italy, to an Italian descent parents.  

Married to Deborah Roversi

Andrea Pirlo is a married football player.  He began dating his future wife, Deborah Roversi somewhere in 1999. Following their few years love life they finally married each other in 2001. They also have two children together.

Divorced with Deborah Roversi

Talented football player Andrea who is best recognized as the strong midfielder divorced to his wife Deborah Roversi in the year of 2014. The reason behind their separation was Pirlo's affair with Valentina Baldini, a woman whom he met at his gold club.  

First child, Niccolò

Andrea became the father of a first child in the year of 2003 and it was a son. He kept his name Niccolo Pirlo. Similarly, after three years he became the father of a second child whom he kept the name of Angela Pirlo.

He became the father for the second time in his life in 2006 with his wife, Deborah Roversi. His wife became pregnant with his second child in 2006 and she finally gave birth to a daughter named Angela Pirlo. They lived together till 2014.

Released his autobiography

We all know Pirlo as a professional football player from Italy but he is also a good writer and has written many articles. In 2013, he wrote a biography about himself and published it in the same year. His autobiography was titled Penso Quindi Gioco.

Won UEFA Champions League

Andrea Pirlo won UEFA Champions League twice in his football career while he was playing for AC Milan. He also reached the final of this competition, however, he was denied to be the champion of Europe by another football legend Lionel Messi.

Won Serie A

He has been the champion of Italy six times till date. Twice from AC Milan and four times from Juventus. For the first time in his career, Andrea won Serie A from AC Milan during the 2003-2004 session. In the samey, he also won this title from Juventus for the four consecutive sessions from 2011. 

Won Coppa Italia

He has also been the champion of Coppa Italia twice, once from AC Milan and Once from Juventus. He won this award for the first time in his life in 2003 for AC Milan. And during his four year champion with Juventus, he also won this award with them.

Won Supercoppa Italiana

A prominent football player Andrea won Supercoppa Italiana in the year of 2004. He won this award thrice in his football career. First from AC Milan and twice from Juventus in the year of 2004 and 2012 respectively. 

Won 2006 FIFA World Cup

Pirlo has been honored with several individual awards throughout his football career. In 2006, after winning the world cup for Italy after 24 years, he won the 2006 FIFA World Cup, top assist provider award. During that time, he was also awarded 2006 FIFA World Cup, Bronze ball.

Joined AC Milan

After spending his several early careers in various Italian clubs, he joined top European club AC Milan from city rival Inter Milan in a massive transfer fee. Pirlo remained there for a decade and from there, he began his breakthrough performance. 

Joined Juventus

After spending a decade in AC Milan he finally joined Juventus in 2011. AC Milan actually didn't extend his contract so he joined Italian rival Juventus on a free transfer. He also displayed impressive football from there and won Seria A for four successive sessions.
