Andrew McCabe was born Andrew George McCabe on March 18, 1968, in Hartford, Connecticut, to American parents. An American native, he belongs to a white ethnic background.
McCabe attended The Bolles School in Jacksonville, Florida, completing his graduation in 1986. Following the graduation, he went to the Duke University from where he graduated in 1990.
