Anneliese enrolled at "Washington Elementary School", she began doing acting since her third grade and appeared in a professional production. Similarly, she went to Belflower Middle School but she completed her primary level education from the "Orange County High School" of Arts in Santa Ana.
Van der Pol began her career through the theater act, The Sleeping Beauty Ballet as a role of Little Red Riding Hood. Following this, Anneliese appeared in numerous theater such as The Glory of Christmas, Catch a Falling Star, Grease.
