In 2012, Ross worked for Whole Foods Market, a food market. This decision changed the direction of his entire life. In October of 2013, Whole Foods Market sent Milan to the Dr. Stoll Immersion Program in Naples, Florida, where he learned about a whole food and plant-based diet.
He then conducted many videos related to "veganism". He was also featured alongside celebrities James Cameron and Samuel L. Jackson in a documentary related to veganism.
