ASAP Ferg is a hip-hop recording artist from the United States. He is a solo artist and he is also famous for being a member of the hip-hop collective A$AP Mob. His debut album Trap Lord was released in 2013.
The tall and talented, ASAP Ferg was born by the name of Darold Ferguson, Jr. at the end of October 20, 1988, in Harlem, New York City, New York, the United States of America to Darold Ferguson. His father was the owner of the Harlem boutique and printed shirts and logos for record labels. He is an American and is of black ethnicity.
Young Ferg dreamed to become a model and became involved in fashion during his early days. But later with the death of his father, he got enrolled in art school and launched his own clothing and jewelry line.

Their debut album Lords Never Worry was released on the 28th of August 2012. Besides being one of the members of ASAP Mob, he also pursued his solo career, and his debut studio album Trap Lord was released on the 20th of August 2013.
On the 9th of June, 2017, the DJ duo Lost Kings released their song, Look at Us, featuring Asap and another singer Ally Brooke. Similarly, in 2018, he and Elle Fanning were seen together for an ad for Tiffany's.
Another big glory for him was in 2018 when he was a narrator for the Addidas World Cup advert Creativity is the Answer. He has won the Rookie of the Year Award in 2013 awarded by the BET Hip Hop Awards.
