Creation of The Dance Group 'Swift Moves'

Banjo created their dance group 'Swift Moves' with his brother Jordan and along with other nine friends, which name they later changed into Diversity. Their first year as a group won the Street dance Weekend 2007.

Britan's Got Talent Winner

Diversity his dance group won Britain's Got Talent (BGT) in 2009. Post their win, the group went on tours for dance performances in 2012 and 2013. Ashley Banjo who was also the leader of the group choreographed the dance performances

Ashley Modurotolu Banjo is an English street dancer, Choreographer, and actor. He was born on 4 October 1988, to father Funso Banjo and mother Danielle Banjo in Leytonstone, London, England. He was raised along with his two siblings: a brother Jordan Banjo and sister Talisa Banjo. He is the leader of dance troupe Diversity. Banjo is of English nationality and of Black ethnicity.

He stands 6 feet and 6 inches(height). Interested in dancing, Ashley is a self-taught dancer who says that he has been teaching himself dance routines since the early age of 14.

Banjo created their dance group 'Swift Moves' with his brother Jordan and other nine friends. They later changed the name to Diversity. The group also won the Street dance Weekend 2007.

After completing his high school, Banjo left his studies and started dancing. That same year, his dance group Diversity won Britain's Got Talent (BGT) in 2009. Post their win, the group went on tours for dance performances in 2012 and 2013. Ashley Banjo, who was also the leader of the group, choreographed the dance performances. 

The group was also nominated in the Dance section of South Bank Show and also won an award at the Pride of Britain Awards.
