Aviva Mongillo was born Aviva Chiara Mongillo on February 6, 1998, in Markham, Canada.
She and her younger brother Nicolas Mongillo, who is now 18 years old, was raised there by her parents Frank Mongillo and Maria Mongillo.
She was enrolled in acting classes when she was only 7 years old. She also attended vocal lessons and guitar classes while growing up.
