Bobby Bones is an America-based radio personality who hosts the nationally syndicated show 'The Bobby Bones Show,' in Nashville, Tennessee. He is the winner of the 27th season of Dancing with the Stars, along with Sharna Burgess.
Bobby was born on April 2, 1980, in Hot Springs, Arkansas, USA, and was raised in Mountain Pine, Arkansas. His mother, Hazel Hurt, became pregnant when she was 15 and his father, Pamela Hurt, was 17.
Bobby's radio career had already started when he was 17; he worked at a station at Henderson State University, KSWH-FM 91.1.
In 2002, the radio host completed his graduation with a B.A. degree in Radio/Television from Henderson.
In the same year, an Arkansas-based radio station Q100/KQAR hired him for hosting. He then started working for KLAL.
In February 2003, Bobby started his own radio show, 'The Bobby Bones Show' on KHFI-FM in Austin, Texas.
