Whenever asked on this matter, Megan always denies of having any sort of plastic surgery. During an interview with the Allure magazine taken in 2010, the 31-year-old Hope and Faith actress said that she will say to people who question the authenticity of her lips that "her lips are her lips".
However, Megan also revealed that she isn't totally against it and suggests people talk to their therapist first before having plastic surgery if they want one to be done. She said:
Try and figure out where this want comes from because a lot of times it’s not related to your teeth or your nose or your chin, the surgery is not going to alleviate that insecurity for you.

Though their marriage was on edge by 2015 as Megan had filed for divorce, however, after she became pregnant, they reunited together by early 2016.
