1971

Attended Wylie E Groves High School

Bruce was enrolled at Wylie E. Groves High School. There he met Sam Raimi and they became close within short times as both of their interest was similar making movies. Together they also made several short movies.

Began his acting career

After his high school graduation, he joined Western Michigan University but he studied there only for half a year and then he began pursuing his acting career. In 1977, he made his big screen debut by starring the role of Cop on Bicycle in the movie It's Murder!.
