Candace Collins started modeling at the very early age of 13 at Famous-Barr; a St. Louis department store. During her high school, she was a cheerleader, class valedictorian and a straight – A student. After completion of the high school level education, Collins attended St. Louis University, where she dropped out at the age of 19.
Upon her dropping out, Collins landed a job as a “door bunny” at the St. Louis Playboy Club. Then at the age of 20, she moved to Chicago and begun to work at Playboy Club, where she initially became the Playmate of the Month in December 1979, an issue of 'Playboy'.
Throughout her career at Playboy, she graced the cover of three issues of “Playboy”. She also worked for high profiled clients such as Wilhelmina, Shirley Hamilton, Covers Agency, Playboy Models and David & Lee.
Aside, from modeling field, she had a minor role in the films, “Risky Business”, “Class”, and “Smokey and the Bandit Part 3”.
