Chad Johnson is Dating a New Girlfriend Caitlin Clemmens After Michelle Williams Split

A New Bachelor Nation Couple! The Bachelorette season 12 contestant Chad Johnson is dating Caitlin Clemmens, who competed for The Bachelor season 25 to win the heart of Colton Underwood.

Chad, 31, confirmed his relationship news to Life & Style on Sunday, February 24. He said his new girlfriend was "a bit held back" about making their romance public.

Noting that he met Caitlin, 23, on Instagram, he told the magazine,

In that world, I’m still the bad guy. A lot of the viewers who have seen that show haven’t seen the other four shows I’ve done where I’m actually a pretty good guy … So, I’m trying to see where that goes.

The former Famously Single star appeared on The Bachelorette in 2012 in order to win JoJo Fletcher's heart. Later that year, Chad was infamously sent home after one drunk night on season 3 of Bachelor in Paradise.

Caitlin, meanwhile, was eliminated from The Bachelor last month.

During an episode of the ABC hit series on January 21, the realtor said,

I feel like throwing me away that early was a really big mistake. He really needs to think about who’s here for the right reasons. Life goes on, maybe he’ll regret his decision eventually.

Johnson's new romance comes less than three months after Johnson and his now ex-fiancee, Michelle Williams, ended their engagement.

The Golden Globe Award-winning actress took to Instagram December 7, to announce her split with Johnson, writing, "I still remain fearless. I guess I still remain single! Things didn’t work out."

The former couple, who first met in Arizona in March 2017 and four months later, they made went public with their relationship. They became engaged one year later.
