Charlotte Jones Anderson is the Dallas Cowboys Executive Vice President and Chief Brand Officer. She was born on July 26, 1966, in Little Rock, Arkansas. She is the daughter of the owner and general manager of the Dallas Cowboys, Jerry Jones.
She attended Standford University and graduated from there, where she gained a B.S degree in Human biology. She has a younger sister Stephen Jones, a Vice President and CEO/director of Player Personnel.
Charlotte began her career as a Philanthropist. She presented an approach to fund-raising on the worldwide stage by focusing a national television audience on Cowboys Stadium and the unique opportunity to kick off the Salvation Army Kettle Campaign.
Later she set the wheels in motion to help the Army raise hundreds of dollars and touched lives across the globe by combining the Dallas Cowboys and top-flight musical entertainers who appeared on network television during one of the most popular NFL games on the season annually since 1997.
After that, Anderson was appointed to the Salvation Army’s National Advisory Board and was the first woman to ever perform in that role.
Then she organized the Cowboy's year-round efforts in community service, and the annual development and distribution of foundation funds created by The Gene and Jerry Jones Family Charities and the Gene and Jerry Arlington Youth Foundation.
Later she was named Chairman of the NFL Foundation and is reasonable for spearheading philanthropic efforts in player care, medical research, and youth football. The NFL Foundation is a company formed by the 32 clubs of the NFL that enable each team to make grants-worthy causes on a national scale completely.
Before coming to the Cowboys, she ran the office and legislative staff of U.S Representative Tommy Robinson as Chief of Staff. Then she left shortly after Robinson started his 1990 bid For Arkansas governor.

In 2013, she declared the Dallas Cowboys' collaboration with Peace Love World, a magnificence lifestyle brand, which went out an exclusive co-branded collection in the fall of 2013.
Similarly, Anderson was also introduced as the Chairman of the Final Four which took place in April 2014.
