In February 2009, the band's MySpace songs were featured on a popular music blog and because of this the group gained notoriety with the underground hip hop scene. The group's first mixtape, “The Swelly Express”, was released in November 2009.

Broke the Guinness World Record

He broke the Guinness World Record for Longest Freestyle Rap as well as the Longest Marathon Rapping Record during the MTV O Music Awards. He rapped for nine hours, 18 minutes, and 22 seconds, beating out D.O.'s 2003 record of eight hours, 45 minutes and 23 seconds.
