She won a tennis scholarship and then she joined Drexel University. She also graduated from there in 1990. In 1992, she joined Fox News Service and served them as a producer. She worked there for about a year and then she joined All-News Channel/Conus. She worked there as a sports anchor and reporter. In 1993, she also worked for USA Network as an update anchor. In 1996, she joined ESPN as a SportsCenter anchor. Later on she served in ESPNEWS. In 1997, she became the co-host of ESPN’s coverage of the Winter X Games.
