He studied with an aim to pursue a career in professional sportscasting. Starting his career as a sports reporter for WMUR-TV in Manchester, New Hampshire, he did his first television appearance as a reporter as part of a 48 Hours expose on NBA Spring Break 1991. Then he started anchoring for the nightly sportscasts on WVIT-TV. Wragge also reported for NBC Sports, including the NBA, the WNBA, Notre Dame football, the Gator Bowl, the Sun America Sportsdesk, and the Olympics.
Talking about his personal life, he dated Victoria Silvstedt who was one of the best Playboy models at that time. Then the couple married in the year 2000. But due to some kind of reason, they separated in 2009 and after the long gap of 6 years; Wragge married his second wife Sarah Siciliano. The couple married in the year 2015 and does have a child and is living happily.
Currently, he is the co-anchor for New York's CBS2 News This Morning and CBS2 News at Noon alongside Mary Calvi.
