But after being married with each other for about a year, they got separate at the end of 2010. On 29th of December 2010, they annulled their married life. After being crowned with Miss Rhode Island Teen USA 1990 title, Claudia took part in Miss Teen USA 1990 pageant being the representative of Rhode Island. In 1997, she took part in Miss Rhode Island USA title and she was crowned with this title that year. That year, she also took part in Miss USA 1997 and she was ranked 10th in this competition.
