He was born and raised in Dublin, Ireland. He came from a family with four brothers who all belong to music. Singing and playing the musical instruments like piano and guitar were his early interests since they were engrained deep in his heritage.

2011

Graduated in Music

He attended University College Dublin on a music scholarship with an honors degree in music and Irish.  He was also offered scholarship position with Dublin choral Foundation's Lassus scholars. During his time at university he also taught singing during the weekends by which his interest towards teaching inclined.

Joined Irish music group Celtic Woman

After joining the Irish music group he recorded the famous song "songs from the heart". After completing the study, he managed to tour Asia and Europe twice. At the same time, he also recorded the song "believe" and makes CD and DVD. 

2012

Left Celtic Woman to join Celtic Thunder.

After joining the group, his debut CD and DVD as the principal member was "Mithology". He also managed to tour USA and Canada for the concert and collect subsequently huge amount approximately $50,000 for the victim of Hurricane.  

2014

His song "The Dance"became #1 on iTunes music charts

He along with the musician Laura Durrant released the debut single of the Tony Arata song "The Dance". The song later became huge hit and inclined on #1 on iTunes World Music charts and #1 best seller in Amazon. After the success together and touring lots of places, they decided to form CKon tour and did US tour right after that. 

2015

Voted as Best new Irish Artist for 2014

In the Irish Music Award, an annual award presentation he was voted as the best new Irish Artist for 2014. Right after the honor, along with his brothers Irish classic he released another single "Raglan Road".

Colm began singing in internationally touring Irish choirs at the very early age. He got scholarship from singing at University College Dublin and graduated with honors Bachelor degree in music. He was the lead soloist with the Palestrina choir which was under the direction of O'Donovan. He then joined Piccolo Lasso Choir and Habemus Chamber choir where he recorded a lot of CDs and successfully took part in European tour and performed lead soloist.  The singer recently got married with his girlfriend Laura Durrant after having affair for quite a lot of time. The couple looked happy together. They were living together at Glasgow where Colm was enrolled in University for the post Graduate degree. It is difficult to find out the actual net worth of the singer but it is believed his net worth has significantly increased in 2016 and estimated in the range of $40 million.
