A Watson advisement was also given, which states that if the actor drives intoxicated and kills someone, he could be charged with murder.

In June 2018, Vince Vaughn was arrested at a sobriety checkpoint in Manhattan Beach, California.

Police authorities said the comedian repeatedly refused to exit his car and also failed both the field sobriety test and the blood alcohol test.

The officials then charged Vaughn with three misdemeanors:

  • refusing to comply with police.

The 3 charges were dismissed by the court on Friday.

The Internship star will now pay a $390 fine and other penalties which will add up to $1,700.

Further, Vince must attend an alcohol education course and will be on informal probation for three years.
