Country Singer Mickey Guyton Becomes Mother For First Time- Welcomes Son With Husband Grant Savoy

Academy of Country Music Award-nominated singer Mickey Guyton enjoys motherhood for the first time as she welcomed a baby boy in February 2021 with her husband of 4 years. Turned professional in 2011, the 'Better Than You Left Me' singer went social media official about the arrival of their son Grayson, and admitted it as 'hardest and most beautiful thing'.

Mickey Guyton's First Child Joy- Becomes Mother Of A Baby Boy

On February 8, 2021, Mickey received showers of congratulations as she confirmed the birth of her first-ever child, a baby boy named Grayson. The 37-year-old American country singer welcomed a son with her attorney husband Grant Savoy after 4 years of their intimate wedding in Hawaii in 2017.

Guyton shared an adorable picture of their newly born child at the hospital resting near a knit teddy bear, on her social media profiles; on Twitter (@MickeyGuyton) as well as on Instagram (@mickeyguyton).

The Grammy-nominated baby mama wrote "The hardest and most beautiful thing I have ever done. Welcome to the world Grayson!"  Furthermore, she added: "Weeping may endure for a night, but joy cometh in the morning. - Psalm 30:5."

Back on August 25, 2020, Arlington, Texas native confirmed her pregnancy via an Instagram post sharing ultrasound images of the baby. All excited with the baby news, Mickey Guyton wrote heart-touching & adorable lines, it read:

Even in times of darkness, like the ones we as a society find ourselves in today, God always finds a way to shine His light on the beautiful side of life, like the miracle of life itself. I’m so excited to announce that I’m having a baby!

It was in mid-October 2020, the singer revealed the gender of her upcoming baby as a boy. Along with the revelation, Mickey expressed her prayers for her son recalling the difficulties that her husband faced due to racism.

In an exclusive interview with People, she told:

I'm growing this Black child in my belly that is going to have to face this. I pray for him.

I just want this baby to just have its own life and have its own choices. I will accept this baby for who or whatever it chooses to be. I just want to support it in every way that I can.

Intimate Wedding Ceremony With Husband Grant- When and Where Did They Marry?

Guyton enjoys a blissful marital relationship with her husband of 4 years Grant Savoy, who is an attorney by profession. The duo married on June 26, 2017, in an intimate wedding ceremony at the Kauai Marriott Resort in Kauai, Hawaii. Reportedly, only 23 guests including family & friends were present at the beach wedding.

The American country singer opened up about her marriage & told People that it was a family vacation that turned into an auspicious ceremony. Mickey's family had gone to Kauai for vacation, while her husband's family are from Kauai.

While the Better Than You Left Me singer remained low-key about her relationship in the early years of her career, she confirmed the 4-year relationship with her boyfriend (later revealed as Grant Savoy) at the 2015 ACM Awards in Dallas.

Reportedly, they met through Guyton's best friend who happens to be Savoy's step-sister.

It was in 2016 when she first opened up about her engagement in an Instagram post; online sources like Daily Mail and People confirmed that Mickey was engaged in 2013, and Wed after 4 years.
