Damian Chapa is an American actor, film producer and director best known for his notable roles in The Calling, Street Fighter and Blood In Blood Out. He has won Best Director and Best Feature awards for directing the 2011 film Brando Unauthorized.

Damian Chapa was born as Damian Robert Chapa on October 29, 1963, in Dayton, the United States of America. He was raised there by there parents.
His father is Rico Chapa, who has owned a bar in Columbus, Ohio, while the name of his mother has not been disclosed. As for his siblings, he has two brothers and two sisters.

Damian Chapa made his acting debut with an action-thriller film, Under Siege, in 1992. In the following year, he starred in a crime-drama film, Blood In Blood Out.
Later in 1994, the talented star played the lead role of Lyle Menendez in a TV film, Menendez: A Killing in Beverly Hills starring Beverly D'Angelo and Vincent Ventresca.
He has since appeared in many hit movies such as Walker Texas Ranger, Saints and Sinners, Sometimes They Come Back... for More and U.S. Seals II: The Ultimate Force.

Damian Chapa is a twice married and twice divorced man. He first married a Canadian actress Natasha Henstridge in 1995. The former couple got a divorce only after a year of marriage in 1996.
Two years later in 1998, he tied the knot with his I.R.A.: King of Nothing co-star, Ciara O’Brien. However, the pair called it quits after five years of marriage in 2003.
The actor has two sons Ricco Chapa and Presley Chapa but it's unknown who is the mother of the children.
