For nearly two decades now, Daniel Tosh has been making his audiences ROFL with his comic timings and sarcastic comments. Tosh attended the University of Central Florida, graduating in December 1996 with a degree in marketing, and almost immediately went on to pursue his dream. Initially, he started touring the comedy club circuit. He appeared as one of the "New Faces" at the 1998 Just for Laughs in Montreal. His act was televised in 2000 in Montreal at the Théâtre Saint-Denis.

But his first big break as a comedian came in 2001. He was called for a performance on the Late Show with David Letterman. He then went on to make appearances on programs such as The Tonight Show with Jay Leno, Jimmy Kimmel Live! and Comedy Central's Premium Blend.

Daniel Tosh performed in his own 30-minute special on Comedy Central Presents in 2003 and Daniel Tosh: Completely Serious in 2007. He also hosted an episode of Comedy Central's Live at Gotham and appeared in an episode of MTV's Punk'd.

DANIEL TOSH HAS BEEN NOMINATED FOR SEVERAL AWARDS FOR HIS COMEDY

Daniel Tosh’s first nomination was for Teen Choice Award Choice Comedian in 2011. The same nomination was presented to him in 2013 too. And in 2012, he was nominated for Choice Other: Comedian for the Teen Choice Award.
