The television personality, 56, was set to marry the businessman on Monday, March 4, at the Justice of the Peace in NYC.
However, a source exclusively told Us Weekly on Saturday, March 2, that the pair had postponed their nuptials after dating for only one and a half months.
A second insider told the publication that the twosome went shopping for an engagement ring but the businessman ultimately didn't purchase it for his fiancee.
The Bravo star, 56, whose engagement news with Oliver was broke on February 28, made her relationship with the businessman Instagram official on February 25, by sharing a photo of them kissing on a St. Barts beach.
Danielle's break up from Maier comes nearly three weeks after her divorce from her estranged husband Marty Caffrey was finalized at the Bergen County Courthouse.
Danielle had filed for divorce from her husband in September, just four months after getting married in front of Bravo cameras.
