Firstly, Chang worked as several restaurants before opening Momofuku Noodle Bar. His outstanding service led him to open his next venture Momofuku Ssam Bar and later Momofuku Milk Bar as an extension of Ssam Bar.
Moreover, David also opened Ma Peche restaurant which includes a Milk Bar and also released his book David Chang: Momofuku.
