Don Grierson, a notable A&R executive who signed Celine Dion for the first time to Epic Records, died on January 23. He was 77.
While working with The Beatles for Capitol Records, he received a Golden Apple Award.
Grierson had been working at Younk before he passed away. Younk is a company that he co-founded as his vision of music creation and community involvement in 2018.
I am so sad hearing the shocking news of Don Grierson demise. He was a great person, mentor and a friend. My almost family in Los Angeles. He always encouraged me and showed me new ways to succeed. I will miss you... https://t.co/JKi1rieAjM
