De Ravin, started her career in 2004 with her first significant role as Curupira in Television series Beastmaster. She then appeared as a role of alien/human hybrid in a series, Roswell. She featured in Roswell at the age of 18, after Ravin moved to LA.
De Ravin further featured on the popular ABC drama, Lost, In 2005, where Ravin played as Emily Kostich, who was a drug addict. After a year, Ravin played a lead role in the movie, The Hills Have Eyes where she cast as Brenda Carter.
