De Ravin, started her career in 2004 with her first significant role as Curupira in Television series Beastmaster. She then appeared as a role of alien/human hybrid in a series, Roswell. She featured in Roswell at the age of 18, after Ravin moved to LA.
De Ravin further featured on the popular ABC drama, Lost, In 2005, where Ravin played as Emily Kostich, who was a drug addict. After a year, Ravin played a lead role in the movie, The Hills Have Eyes where she cast as Brenda Carter.
A 2009 movie, Don’t Lie, became the biggest hit of Ravin, which was premiered through Tribeca Film Festival, she also appeared other movies such as William Dear’s, The Perfect Game, Public Enemies as a bank teller, Barbara Patzke.

Sadly, in June 2009 the couple filed divorce and legally separated in 1st November 2013.
