ESPN reporter Wendi Nix rumored to have already married after her divorce from Ben Cherington

ESPN anchor Wendi Nix is sensational on screen. For almost two decades now, Nix has been the face of sports as a newscaster for millions of audiences. And especially for the viewers of ESPN, Nix is an absolute treat on screen. Her reportings are very accurate and the way she presents the event's stories are always worth listening to. But this avid sports lover is not so vocal when it comes to her personal life.

Before 2010, fans hardly even knew that Nix was married, let alone knowing she was divorced. And it has only been a couple of years since we came to know that she is a proud mother of two children.

Wendi was married to Ben Cherington.

Ben and Wendi are said to have been college sweethearts. Cherington, 42, is a former American professional baseball executive and current executive in residence in  Columbia University's sports management program. Wendi and Ben supposedly met when they were at their Masters's level at the University of Massachusetts Amherst. Wendi was majoring in sports management.

Ben Cherington was originally hired by the Red Sox in 1999 by Dan Duquette, an Amherst College alumnus who was then the club's general manager after Cherington spent the previous season as an advance scout for the Cleveland Indians. The same year, Wendi received her first big break in sports newscasting is the ABC-affiliated television station for South Carolina's Pee Dee and Grand Strand areas licensed to Florence, the WPDE-TV.

The couple in their relationship also has children. Well, the American anchor often shares their pics on social networking sites. Take a look.

Their marriage seemed to be going strong for a few years. But in 2010, news circulated that Cherington and Nix were divorced. 

Wendi was thought to be single after her first divorce.

Wendi, 41, was thought to be single after her divorce from Ben Cherington. But her Twitter posts seem to be indicating otherwise. For quite some time now, Wendi has been posting random tweets about her and an unnamed guy she keeps on referring to as her husband.

But never has she revealed the name and identity of her secret husband,
