Evelyn has been dating Ross Resnick for a long time. After being in love for several years, he proposed to her in Orient Beach, in St. Martin to get married and she accepted that proposal. They finally got engaged in 2010 and married the following year. She gave birth to her first child together in March 2014.
Evelyn was in her early teens when she entered the media world for the first time in her life. Two years later when she was 16, she hosted her first show. She completed her high school graduation from Menlo School. With an aim to be one of the talented journalists, she joined the Annenberg School of Journalism of Southern California. There she majored in Broadcast Journalism and Political Science. She earned her undergraduate degree from there and then she began appearing in news channels. These days, she is known for her work at KCAL-TV where she is a news editor as well as a weeknight meteorologist.
