Joyce Bonelli has finally opened up about her split! The professional makeup artist has explained why she cut ties with the Kardashians, who were once longtime friends and customers.

On Saturday, July 5, the celebrity makeup artist exclusively spoke to media at BeautyCon and alluded that ending her working relationship with the Kardashians was her decision, making it clear that she was not fired.

At the event held in downtown Los Angeles, California, the 37-year-old makeup mogul said, "I definitely have never been fired in my entire life. And something personal happened to me that I wasn’t OK with and that’s what happened."

As we previously reported in June, Joyce had cut ties with the Kardashian family. An insider told at the time, "The family doesn’t speak to her anymore. She hasn’t worked for them for months."

The source further revealed that they had parted ways amicably. It stated, "They just stopped working with her because they didn’t see it as a right fit anymore.”

Following the split news, eagle-eyed fans noticed that everyone from Kardashian-Jenner family unfollowed Joyce form their Instagrams. On the make-up artist, however, there are no signs of bad blood.
