Grace Pauline Kelley, Wynonna Judd's Daughter, Sentenced to Prison for 8 Years: Violating Probation From Previous Drug Arrest

Grace Pauline KelleyWynonna Judd’s 22-year-old daughter, has been sentenced to prison for eight years for violating her probation from a previous drug arrest, multiple sources have confirmed.

Robert Reburn, PIO East Tennessee revealed to media that Grace’s probation was revoked on 8 February 2018 and she was given an eight-year sentence for scheduled two drugs (meth) in June of 2016 and four more years sentence for evading arrest in July 2016.

He said,

It’s confirmed that Grace Pauline Kelley is serving an eight-year sentence at West Tennessee State Penitentiary in Henning, Tennessee. Grace’s probation was revoked on February 8, 2018. Grace was given a eight year sentence for scheduled two drugs (meth) in June of 2016 and another four year sentence for evading arrest in July 2016. Her sentence doesn’t set to expire until August 2025.

According to the Radar Online report, Grace pleaded guilty for the manufacture, delivery, sale, and possession of meth in Williamson County in May 2017.

As per the report, the Tennessee judge has ordered her to pay $3,092.50 in fines. Grace also pleaded guilty to the lesser possession charge of meth in Maury County.

Wynonna, 54, and her ex-husband, Arch Kelley, welcomed Grace in 1996. They share a 23-year-old son, Elijah Judd.

Wynonna got married in January 1996 when the country singer was pregnant, however, after two years of marriage, they ended their marital relationship with a divorce in 1998.

This is not the first time that Grace’s run-in with the law. According to Radar, previously in December 2015, she was arrested at a Walgreen’s drug store and again in 2016 for possession of meth.

The outlet further added that in November 2016, she was arrested for being a “fugitive from justice” in Alabama and which resulted in her probation revocation.
