'Grey's Anatomy' Actor Giacomo Gianniotti Marries Girlfriend Nichole Gustafson in Italy

Giacomo Gianniotti and Nichole Gustafson are now officially husband and wife! The Grey's Anatomy star got married to his longtime girlfriend in Rome, Italy on Sunday, April 28.

The newlyweds celebrated their nuptials at Villa Pocci and the wedding ceremony reportedly had a breathtaking view overlooking Castel Gandolfo.

According to the photos from the ceremony and reception, the bride and groom, and their wedding guests enjoyed the wedding very well.

The ceremony started at 4 PM and everybody enjoyed the party until 1 AM.

Some photos from the intimate reception show the party was completed with several massive sparklers and a large cake.

At one point, the couple shared a sweet kiss with the sparklers in the background and the moment was simply stunning.

As for the wedding dress, the bride donned a lace wedding gown with a mermaid silhouette, while the groom wore a classic black and white tuxedo.

Their big day comes nearly one and a half year after the actor, 29, proposed Nichole for marriage.

He announced the engagement news on November 26, 2017, with sharing a photo of the couple lip locking.
