Guillaume Cizeron is famous French ice dancer as a pair dancer with his partner Gabriella Papakadis. He was born in the mid-1990s in Montbrison, Loire, France, and his father, Marc is currently the president of the Auvergne Clermont Dance Sur Glace skating club.

2004

Teamed up with Gabriella Papadakis

Guillaume Cizeron was interested in ice dancing from his early childhood and he paired up with his partner Gabriella Papadakis when they were about 10 years old. They are coached by Gabriella’s mother Catherine Papadakis since from the beginning of their partnership.

2009

Debut from ISU Junior Grand Prix

Guillaume Cizeron and Gabriella Papadakis debuted in professional ice dancing from the ISU Junior Grand Prix which was held in 2009. They competed in 2009-10 series and finished at the 15th position at Junior United Grand Prix United Sates.

2015

Won gold medal at World Championship

Cizeron and Papadakis participated in World Championship in 2015 which was held in Shanghai, China. They won the gold medal in the competition by beating runner-up Madison Chock and Evan Bates, with 2.94 points. They became the first French skaters to win a World title since 2008.

2015

Won gold medal at European Championship

Cizeron and Papadakis participated European Championship in 2015 which was held in Stockholm and they won the gold medal in the competition. They won the gold medal by beating world champions, Anna Cappellini/ Luca Lanotte with a margin of 8.45 points.

2016

Won gold medal at 2016 European Championship

Cizeron and Papadakis participated in European Championship in 2016 which was held in Bratislava nd they won the gold medal. They were placed first in the free dance and won their second consecutive title, whereas they placed second in short dance.

2017

Won gold medal at 2017 European Championship

Cizeron and Papadakis participated in European Championship in 2017 which was held in Ostrava and they were successful to win the gold medal. They won their third consecutive European title previously they won the European title in 2015 and 2016.

2016

Participated in Grand Prix series

Cizeron and Papadakis also participated in Grand Prix series in the year 2016. They won gold medal in 2016 Trophee de France and they won silver at the 2016 NHK Trophy, they were beaten in NHK Trophy by Canada’s best ice dancers Tessa Virtue/ Scott Moir

Won gold medal at 2015 World Championship

Cizeron and Papadakis competed in 2016 World Championship which was held in Boston and they won the gold medal in the competition. They won their second consecutive World title by placing first in short dance, beating Maia Shibutani/ Alex Shibutani.

Guillaume Cizeron teamed up with Gabriella Papadakis since their early age of 9 or 10. They teamed by the suggestion of Gabriella mother Catherine Papadakis, who is coaching them since the beginning of their partnership.

They have been dancing as partners for very long and they know each other physically and mentally while sharing the same hopes and dreams. the two-time gold medalists Guillaume Cizeron and Gabriella Papadakis showed their romance both on and off the ice.

They both have competed in many competitions and has been able to win two gold medals in Ice dancing World Championships and 3 gold medals in European Championships.
