Born on 17th of May 1994, in Vienna, Hans Mahr holds an Austrian nationality and is of the white the ethnicity. He first enrolled at the high school in Vienna. Upon graduation from Hemalser school Geblergasse, Mahr began studying economics and served as a local reporter for the Zeitung.
While Hans was 19, he moved to the express, for which he became a reporter for three years. He then joined Kronen Zeitung and served in the areas of local, interior, and features, after three years he headed to the policy department of the Kronen-Zeitung.
Further, he became the office manager of the Viennese mayor of Leopold Gratz. Later he became the managing director of Vienna’s largest daily newspaper, the Kronen Zeitung.
Later, Hans Mahr served in Germany, first 10 years as information director and editor at RTL and RTL New Media, and then the board of Premiere. He also worked with “mahrmedia” as a manager and media consultant. Similarly, he was also the editor of Gourmet magazine, “Falstaff."
His hard work paid him well with several prestigious awards and honors. His first award was “Gourmet of the year 1996." In 2002, he received “German Television Award," and the following year, he honored with the “Golden Feder” Media Prize as well.
By the TV academy Central Germany he awarded “Hans-Klein-Media-Prize,” and for publication of the Vinea Wachau Nobilis Districts, he received the “Steinfederpreis." He also received the “Golden Merit of the City of Vienna."
Hans Mah is currently in an open relationship with girlfriend, Katja Burkard, RTL point 12 moderators. Even though the couple is not married yet they are living together. The couple has two daughters.
However, Burkard is not the only lady with whom Mahr is romantically linked, he also has two sons from a previous relationship with Conny Bischofberger, the Austrian journalist and has a son from his marital relationship with Maria.
