An unnamed employee added that John pressured her ‘to submit to his sexual overtures.' In fact, he even made her drink a lot and later went to her hotel room where he ‘engaged in oral sex and fell asleep.’

John tried to clear the accusations by saying that the relationship between him and the unnamed employee was nothing more than a ‘consensual’ relationship.

He further said:

“I also regret any harm this may have caused to my second family at the restaurant group, and sincerely apologize to anyone past and present who have worked for me who found my behavior as unacceptable as I do.”

John Besh’s married life was going smoothly until the sexual harassment allegations poured on him. John tied the knot with his wife Jennifer in 1991. During their course of their marriage, the pair welcomed four children together.
