Nooyi is married to her loving husband Raj K. Nooyi since a long time. Raj K. Nooyi is the President at AmSoft Systems and he has been in this post since 2002. He also served as the Manager at Hewlett-Packard Company for several years. As a loving husband and wife, they have already welcomed two lovely daughters. Nooyi received her formal education from Holy Angels Anglo Indian Higher Secondary School in Madras. In 1978, she was offered admission to Yale School of Management with a major in Public and Private Management. She earned her master’s degree from there in 1980. In the late 1970s, she did an intern at Booz Allen Hamilton and in 1981 she was hired by Boston Consulting Group (BCG). She also worked at Motorola and Asea Brown Boveri in the early 1980s. In 1994, she was hired by PepsiCo and she became the president and CFO of PepsiCo in 2001. After she was named the CFO of PepsiCo, the annual profit of the company has risen from $2.7 billion to $6.5 billion. In 2006, she was named the CEO in Pepsi Co's 44-year history and she became the 5th CEO of this company. In 2011, she earned $17 million. This includes base salary of $1.6 million and a cash bonus of $2.5 million. She has been earning the annual salary of $18.6 million and her net worth is $144 million. She is now aged 60 years old.
