Jacob is now aged 19 years old and he has an average height. His mother Teresa Perez is his only parent as his father abandoned his family at a young age. His nationality is American and he is of Mexican and African descent.
At a young age, he made his TV debut by appearing in the TV commercials for Sketchers and Nike. He was just 11 at that time. In 2006, he appeared in the music video Cupid's Chokehold as Cupid Boy. He joined an American boy band Mindless Behavior in 2008. He is serving in this music group as their backing vocalist, occasional singer, and spokesperson. In 2010, he appeared in an American hip hop and R&B music video 106 & Park. In 2013, he appeared in an American documentary movie Mindless Behavior: All Around the World.
