After being noticed, she eventually landed on her big break in the sitcom, Family Matters, in the role of Judy Winslow on September 1989. On the show, she played as the youngest of her two siblings in the Winslow Family.
Actor Steve Urkel then joined Family Matters as Jaleel White which caused Jaimee's screen time to be cut significantly. The sitcom then suffered budget cuts so she was ultimately let go as her character was unimportant to continue.
Foxworth's character disappeared after the fourth season without an explanation from the Winslow Family in 1993.
