Hillary has been accused of using only a portion of the income to fulfill the objective of the foundation. Clinton has also been reported for using the funds from countries like Saudi Arabia, Morocco, Oman, and Yemen where the women rights are being abused.

Opposing those money-making decisions, reporters including Jedediah Bila didn’t support the foundation and more importantly, Hillary Clinton. Also, when Clinton was the secretary of state, she has been accused of dealing weapons with the Clinton Foundation donors.

People or any organization or any country could donate funds for the foundation. The establishment could keep on collecting donations from nations with which it had existing connections.

But if that commitment from those nations expanded essentially or another outside government needed to donate, the State Department would need first to approve.
