Jeff Probst, full name Jeffrey Lee Probst, is an American game show host and an executive producer. He is best known for hosting the U.S. version of the reality show Survivor which is an Emmy award-winning show.
Early Life & Education
Jeff was born on November 4, 1961, in Wichita, Kansas, to parents Jerry and Barbara Probst. He was raised up in Bellevue, Washington. He is American and is of white ethnicity.
Jeff graduated from Newport High School in 1979. Later, he joined Seattle Pacific University and worked at Boeing Motion Picture/Television studio.
Professional Life
Jeff hosted popular shows such as Backchat, Rock & Roll Jeopardy, The Jeff Probst Show and many others. He wrote and directed his first feature film called Finder's Fee in 2001.
Likewise, he has also been a part of a successful TV series on VH1 named Rock & Roll Jeopardy! He was in the show from 1998 to 2001.
He also started hosting a TV show Survivor since 2000. Likewise, his other professional credits include I Get That a Lot, The Stinson Missile Crisis, How I Met Your Mother, I Get That a Lot, Kiss Me, Two and a Half Men, Life in Pieces, and many others.
