An American Singer-songwriter Jhene Aiko was born on 16 March 1988 in California, U.S. She completed her education from America. Aika is the daughter of Christina Yamamoto and Dr. Karamo Chilombo. 

2002

Jhene Aika debuted her Carrer R$B

Aika Begin her Musical Carrer Contributing vocals to several R$B group B2k in 2002 for the song The Master of Disguise. She is the member of B2K Lil Fizz's ''cousin''. After getting success in her R$B group she debuted her single album My Name Is Jhené in 2004.

2012

In 2013 Aika debuted her album play Sail, which hit number one on the US Top R&B/Hip-Hop albums and US R$B Albums. and sold 121,012 units in the US. 

2015

Jhene Aika nominated awards Grammy Awards

In  February 2015, Aiko nominated for three Grammy Awards at 57th Annual Grammy Awards, Including best R$B song for ''The worst'' and best Urban Contemporary Album for Sail Out. In the same month, it was announced that Aiko would join rapper J. Cole.

Jhene took vocal lessons in Culver City, California, unfortunately, she has to stop it suddenly after she got pregnant. After a break, she continued musical career offering her vocals to many B2K releases. Then in 2002, she released a song, “The Master of Disguise”.

She then was signed to The Ultimate Group managed by Chris Stokes. At this time, she was known as the cousin of B2K’s rapper, Lil’Fizz, they had a blood relation. Tow cousins worked as marketers for Sony and Epic Records.
