Jwan Yosef attended the Pernby School of Painting in Stockholm. He then enrolled at Konstfack University College of Arts, Crafts, and Design, where he earned a degree in BA in Fine Arts. Yosef holds an MA in Fine Arts from Central Saint Martins, London.
Being a professional artist and painter, Yosef has taken part in several art fairs and group exhibitions. He held 2 solo exhibitions, “ 2013 High Notes”, at the Galleri Anna Thulin, Stockholm, and “2013 Painting about Sex, Flesh, and Violence, lol” at the DIVUS gallery in London. The same year, he made his appearances in the “Threadneedle Prize exhibition and the “BEERS Contemporary Award” for Emerging Art.
